Is it possible to create a django model from the admin panel?

Is it possible? In a nutshell, 2 tables, {Product_type, Product} is the product type of the lamp, fields: [name, power, price]. The product type colored lamps is added, and they have an additional field [color]. Is it only in the model edit or is there a way to do it from the admin panel?
