Is it possible to create a DBLINK from MySQL to Oracle?

Good afternoon, is it possible to create a DBLINK from MySQL to Oracle
I.e. let's say there is a view in Oracle, but I cannot connect to Oracle from the application, but only to MySQL
And therefore I want to connect to a specific database in MySQL and to a specific view or table that will broadcast information from the Oracle database
