Is it possible to create a CRUD interface for a ready-made react backend with zero knowledge?

Hello. I responded to the vacancy of the company, where the requirements were "basic knowledge or at least an understanding of what html, css and js are". I was given a test task - described it in the title. I haven't worked with react, npm, or node.js, I've only studied html, css and js basics. I don’t understand whether it will be possible to quickly complete the task with such knowledge, or is it better to learn on my own and look for an internship later? Thanks

It definitely won't work quickly. Too many concepts to master. But you can do it slowly for yourself. As for me, learning is always better on something close to reality.
