Is it possible to create a bot in Skype that would write on behalf of a person?

I run a web studio. And there are many clients who prefer to use Skype for correspondence.
I want to delegate the correspondence to the manager, but so that I can also see it, and so that if the manager quits, the correspondence remains with me.
And ideally, delegate correspondence not with everyone, but only with specific contacts.
Is this even possible on skype? I know for sure that with the help of api the telegram is realizable, but I’m not sure about Skype.
In theory, this could be done if I could allow the bot to respond on my own behalf, but so that the client does not see that the answer was written by the bot and not by me.

Create a service account and give it to the manager - let him communicate, you will see everything, the history will remain with you, if the manager quits - change the password and put the next one there.

Previously, the correspondence was additionally on the PC, it can be read. Yes, the bot is not too difficult to make. In order not to lose correspondence, it is common to use corporate accounts.
