Is it possible to create a bootable USB flash drive for installing Windows on any type of disk (GPT and MBR)?

Let's say I have a 16 GB flash drive, and I want to make bootable media out of it. I already figured out BIOS / UEFI compatibility (I used winsetupfromusb), but there was one problem: the flash drive, although it works with all types of BIOSes, is still marked in MBR. From such a flash drive, will it be possible to install, for example, Windows 10 on a GPT disk (booting, of course, from UEFI)? Or will the Windows installer give an error like "The hard disk has a GPT partition style"? And in general, is it possible to create a universal bootable media from which you can install Windows on any type of disk?

Format the USB flash drive in FAT32, and you will be happy!

Or Windows USB / DVD Download Tool, or burn an existing image to a USB flash drive using UltraISO.
It turns out just a dual-boot flash drive for installing the system.
If the end in itself is bootable media, then nothing needs to be invented, there is AdminPE.
