Is it possible to control playback on Win 10 with bluetooth headphones?

The situation is this. I bought non-name headphones on Ali, they have control buttons: pause, next track ... These buttons work on the phone, but do not work on the computer.
Is it really possible to control playback on Win10 from headphones?
Maybe there is some universal software for this? Or player...

It works for me in any player where there is a binding to multimedia keys
play/pause, next track/pre track
chrome, potplayer, winamp
