I can't find anywhere whether it's possible to connect your site to Yandex.key. It seems like for github, vk, facebook you can. Is it possible to connect your site to two-factor authentication from Yandex?

No, Ya.Klyuch is only for Yandex services. If you want 2FA, connect Google Authenticator. If you need authorization through Yandex, use OAuth .
