Is it possible to connect ssd sata from PC to laptop?

The pc has an ssd connected to the motherboard with two wires.
Is it possible to somehow connect it to laptops via usb?
And how much performance will drop with such a connection?

Can. There are adapters in stores sata>> usb
If 3.0 and above usb, then it won’t fall too much
