Is it possible to connect old telephone sets to SIP telephony?
Good day!
There is a hotel with about 120 telephone handsets, an automatic telephone exchange has flown, I have already suffered from repairs, I decided to switch to SIP telephony. Is it possible to somehow connect old phones to the SIP server or is it a crutch?

We used these analog boards https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/TDM2400P-with-24-FX...
In general, it's cheaper than buying SIP phones, but already on the verge. At the time I bought these boards, they cost half as much and supported the old enterprise analog network for a while.
Instead of a station, put a large gateway, something like Eltex TAU-72. The main thing is that the tone mode is everywhere on the phones, and not the pulse mode.
PS. It is better to have +1 redundancy, at least a spare power supply. Blocks in them are frankly weak.
