Is it possible to connect both the router and the PC to the switch?

I want to connect the switch to the ethernet cable, and from it (switch) to the router and PC, will everything work correctly, with a stable PC connection and IP definition?

I understand that by ethernet cable you mean the line from the provider, right? If you do this, then your computer will get a direct connection with the provider, and then, in order to receive Internet on it, you will have to set up a PPPoE connection on this computer. And on the router, too, separately (and then it’s not entirely clear why this router is needed). And I'm not sure that your ISP will like this configuration of your connection.
And why do you not like the typical approach - the WAN port of the router is connected to the provider, and the computer is connected to one of its LAN ports? This is customary to do, and as a rule there are no problems with this.
