If the keyboard and mouse are really connected via Bluetooth (for example, you can easily pair them with any Android phone without any adapters), and the "adapter from the kit" is visible in the system as USB-Bluetooth, then yes, you can connect any device to it , be it headphones or another Bluetooth mouse.
But most likely you have a 2.4 GHz radio interface that is not Bluetooth, and you will not connect headphones to it.
