Is it possible to connect 2 USB WEB cameras to an Android device?

The software solution is interesting. I know how to connect 1 camera (record video from it and even apply filters on C). But I can’t understand where to dig and whether it’s even possible with 2 or more cameras. Thanks in advance for your advice.
