Is it possible to configure fail2ban via webmin (or other web face)?

Is it possible to teach any web interface to work with fail2ban's configs in the most casual way possible? At what, not just edit the chains, but also add a white list to the ip.
Those. quite often you have to do this manually (because among clients there are a lot of fans who like to get into the firewall with the wrong password), and I want to transfer this entertainment to the first support line, but without giving access to the servers. And to configs - it is not pitiful. I looked in the direction of webmin, he can partially do it. At least fail2ban can add/edit chains, but this does not negate the fact that the same IP address can be blocked again and again .. Maybe, of course, somewhere there is a module specifically for this task, but I did not find it , as well as mentions.
In general, tell me who than can. Thank you.

It seems that you need to extract the config parser from fail2ban itself, and after that, based on the already parsed config, draw an interface for the first support line.
