Is it possible to completely hide a visit in the VK activity history (and not change the ip address)?

VK can check the user's activity history in the security settings. An attacker, having received a username and password, can log in after changing the ip address. Is it possible to hide the visit at all so that the history does not show any activity? If so, how or how can it be dealt with?
