Is it possible to combine two providers into one local network?

I must say right away that I am still poorly versed in setting up Mikrotik. I'm just starting my journey.
Interested in whether it is possible to implement such a scheme?

At the same time, it will still be necessary to raise a PPoE Client on eth2 through which I will get access to the Internet.
On eth1, it will be enough, I suppose, to raise the DHCP Client

. You definitely need to somehow differentiate so that eth3 and eth4 go online through the first provider (eth1). And eth5 went to the network through the second (eth2)
And inside the LAN, all devices must see each other. Conventionally, the PC is connected to eth3, the NAS is connected to eth5. I want to have access from the PC to the NAS inside the LAN. But PC and NAS have access to the network through different providers

Well, yes, perhaps
Raise 1 and 2 Internet as usual.
You make one subnet on eth3-4, another subnet on eth5.
Next, use a firewall to wrap traffic from 1 subnet to eht1, from the second to eth2. In the routes, you specify a subnet with 0 distance for the first - the eth1 interface, for the second - eth2.
And you do routing (routes menu) so that PCs from different networks see each other

Maybe. A bit brainy, but possible. There are many articles about setting up Mikrotik on two providers. You mark the traffic - what should go through one - with one brand, what should go through the other - with another. Devices, however, can only have static or two dhcp servers that issue two different pools. You also mark routes and incoming traffic - so that it does not get confused with you.
