Is it possible to combine templates in WordPress, and if so, how?

According to the TOR, there is a need to combine different features of different WordPress themes on the site, so I wanted to ask how it is possible to implement this? And how plastic can you make a layout? Strongly sharpened to the template or can you easily adjust the template for yourself?

If you have sufficient knowledge in html / css / js and php, you can file anything. It is impossible to "combine" templates with the standard means of the engine.
