Is it possible to collect information from someone else's instagram account somehow differently?

Task: There are several instagram accounts from which you need to collect all the posts and information for them (link to the image, likes and comments), export them to some csv and then bring them into the desired form.
From what I managed to find, the only option (sort of) is to write a scrapper on Silenium, which is rather dreary (in my opinion), but if there are no other options, I will use it.
Actually, that's the question itself, maybe there are still some ready-made solutions so as not to reinvent the wheel?
I would be very grateful for any help and direction for further action. Thanks in advance.
