Is it possible to check the opening of a page in traffic compression mode?

How, when opening a page, can you check either on the server or by means of JS that the user has the traffic saving / compression mode enabled in the browser? (Opera turbo and others) After all, files pass through a compressing proxy server. Is there any way to detect this?
