Is it possible to change the design of google ranking stars?

There is a standard article rating from Google (asterisks). Screen .
But I am not satisfied with the design of these stars. Can I draw my own stars and attach them to Google rankings? Or you can only choose from template options?

If this is on your site and you have access to scripts, then the universal solution for this and similar situations is to hide the div with this rating and draw your own based on it.

You are confusing cold with hot.
The stars on your screen generally have no side to Google, Google reads meta tags and that can score.
The graphics on the screen belong to the plugin, so redraw it even in emoticons, even in goats. :)
