Is it possible to change icons in tags on google maps and yandex maps?

Good day to all and good health! The question does not apply to maps that developers insert into site pages. If I understand correctly, these icons in the tags


are affixed automatically based on what a particular organization does (public catering, shop, bank ...) But maybe there is an opportunity to insert your own icon into the tag of your organization? :)

ps: people's maps of Yandex are not interested
