Is it possible to bypass the "cutting" of scripts with the NoScript extension?

Are there any options other than cutting off the functionality of the site when cutting scripts with an extension? To leave at least minimal js?

Depends on NoScript settings.
As far as I remember, by default it allows scripts from the same domain, and only blocks scripts from 3rd-party domains. Individual scripts or sites can be whitelisted. Well, if you turn on the most hard mode, then nothing will help at all.
