I am crying for you. if this is an office, then the ban is on the Internet access server. And it can be bypassed, but at my work such "craftsmen" are then quite justifiably deprived of the bonus / reprimanded. do you need it?
You go home, burn the image of Windows XP Professional SP3 to disk, come back to the office (as I understand it, only there are such locks), insert the disk with the image into the drive, turn off the computer, turn it on in BIOS mode, set up booting from CD, restart the computer and reinstall windows.
The main thing is not to sleep when you turn on the BIOS, and if the password is on the BIOS, then nothing will work.
And be careful not to format the hard drive by accident.
And if you don’t reinstall, then right holding the computer in your hands, maybe I could turn off the protection, but I can’t give advice.
Here, I found it. To unlock, you must have administrator privileges on the computer. Try to guess the administrator password to enter - www.hardtek.ru/sistem/winxp_password.shtml
As a second computer, I recommend the Raspberry Pi - it is the size of a credit card.
And use an SSD to speed it up - habrahabr.ru/post/107243

judging by the message blocking on squid, if the resource is needed for work, contact the administrator or quit / reconcile.
Start reading the Internet for the word "VPN".
Well, or just turn on the turbo in Yabre or in the Opera.
