Is it possible to buy AppleCare in the American AppStore for the "Russian" MBP?

Somehow, a year flew by quickly after buying the MBP 15" w/Retina in the Russian appstore and it's time to decide whether to buy an extended warranty or not. Our issue price is 27,990.00 pyb. is it possible so?

The best way is to contact the Russian apple support and find out from them.
there is just one more thing:

The AppleCare Protection Plan can be purchased only while your Mac is still covered under the standard one-year limited warranty. Purchase of the plan is not required to purchase the covered equipment.

and perhaps your idea does not make any sense at all.

I think that you can, provided that you are a US resident.
By the way, when purchasing AppleCare in the US AppStore, you will have to pay US taxes ;-)
