Is it possible to build Aloha Editor to work without requirejs?

Hello!
Aloha Editor uses RequireJS throughout. There was a need to drag everything with you, i.e. drop requirejs. Googling on this topic, I found only a year-old issue https://github.com/alohaeditor/Aloha-Editor/issues/848 and it's not clear what to do.
Maybe someone built Aloha Editor for themselves to work without requirejs?
