Is it possible to break your anonymity with the 2FA service?

Hello.
If I have two accounts on one 2FA service at once, can they somehow track down who receives the keys and thereby confirm my ownership of these accounts?

No, more precisely, on a general basis, identification by ip address and fingerprint, i.e. in no way associated with 2fa.
If you forget and confuse accounts and timecodes, then theoretically the service can do this check and see that the timecode is suitable for another account, but the probability of that is very small.
