Is it possible to block the ability to adjust the sound?

Not long ago, the director of the cafe I serve asked to remove the ability to adjust the sound. Understood the technical part. Removed the control panel in sections, inserted plugs into the amplifier. Everything seems to be fine. It remains to do something in the OS. With the system slider, there is a solution - hide it and let them search. But what to do with the player? There is a standard Windows Media Player. Are there any utilities for the player itself, or what kind of player will allow you to do this?

Adjust the sound in the player to the maximum. System sound to the desired level. Hide system sound. As an option, look at the gpedit group policy, maybe there is a functionality for prohibiting users from operating with sound settings at all.
