Is it possible to bind the OpennVPN client to a specific address?

Hello.
I can't seem to find an answer to a seemingly simple question online.
Is it possible to use the local directive in the config to hard-bind the client to a specific network address when configuring the OpenVPN client?
For example, there are 3 addresses on the server, but the tunnel rises and always works only on behalf of one of them.
And if OpenVPN doesn't work that way, which VPN option allows that?
