If we are talking directly about work, when you are paid money, then no problem. I worked remotely 10-20 hours a week for a year. But I did this because almost all the rest of the time I studied the Internet and sawed demos, that is, I invested in my future.
If you want to devote a measly 20-25 hours a week to programming during the development stage, then you will most likely not shine (or your growth will be terribly slow and inefficient).
Part-time means that a fully competent specialist comes and works 20-30 hours a week.
You have further education, that is, you decided to add "a little coding" to your main activity (lying on the couch, pillbox, etc.).
