I have my own channel in Telegram. There is a group chat in Viber.
It is necessary that when publishing messages in Telegram, they are automatically copied to the chat in Viber.
Surprisingly, I can not find ready-made solutions anywhere. Are there any pitfalls here?

Not! You can't join a group chat, and you can't join a community either. You can only in PA - but you just can't get them. And according to Viber, since August 2019, PA has been generally removed from issuance.
And if you are the owner of viber PA - yes, directly from the telegram bot, send a POST request to the URL https://chatapi.viber.com/pa/
and do not forget your token in headers headers = {'X-Viber-Auth-Token': auth_token }
