Is it possible to automate the process of processing photos in Photoshop?

Hello! I constantly need to process photos according to this algorithm:
1 reduction to a size of 800 * 600
2 adding a watermark image layer on them (small pictures of logos on a transparent background)
3 reducing the visibility of the added layer to 5%

, that is, I reduce the photo and add a watermark

I have just learned how to reduce all the pictures at once to 800 * 600 and save them in the same folder

Please tell me: is it possible to automate this process as much as possible or completely, and if so, how? Thank you!

Hello, there really is batch processing in Photoshop, a colleague wrote above.
But the excellent Fast Stone image Viewer makes it faster and easier
