Is it possible to affect index.html in vue cli with router?

Hi all.
Actually, the question is in the title.
the public/index.html file is the base template where the application is going.
I use a view router to create "pages". But I would also like the title, description and various meta tags of the page to change, in accordance with the clicked link / button. Other than pug forming this file and creating variables in vue files, nothing comes to my mind. Is this even possible with a router? I suspect not, but suddenly ... Tell me where you can see / read about working with this file?
