Just add the following entries on the administration server in the Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent policy (in the root group), in the "network" tab in the connection settings: "located in networks" the subnet of one office and the other, "default gateways" respectively, both gateways, " DNS servers", "DHCP servers" and "DNS domains". Then the agent will interrogate both networks and work with them calmly.
I also advise you to break both subnets into groups, then it will be easier to navigate.
