Is it possible to add MS Bot Framework to regular hosting?

Now I am making a website for a charitable foundation using the Yii Framework. And then I think to master the Microsoft Bot Framework to write the first chat bot. Are there modules for working with this platform in the Yii Framework and can the chatbot be inserted into a regular hosting (by entering the site address when creating a new bot)?

It is possible, but the implementation of the Bot Framework must be written by yourself.
MS does not provide sdk for php
