Is it possible to add an answer_callback_query() link so that when the alert occurs it will work?

Good day!
I am making a bot in Python using pyTelegramBotAPI.
In answer_callback_query() I add text and a link, and do show-alert=True. It is shown when you click on the inlinebutton alert-box, but when you click on the link in it, the window closes and nothing happens. How to fix this in the alert window when clicking on a link?
