Is it possible to access the Internet with the same ip address, but if the port is different?
A friend seriously proves to me that it is impossible to access the Internet from one IP to several people. But I say that it is possible if the port of these ip addresses is different. So can it happen that a group of people have the same ip addresses, but the port is different and they are on the Internet?

They mixed up in a heap ... The
same IPs cannot be in the same subnet, so you must have different internal IPs.
But you can go outside through the same router, which will naturally have one IP.
A simple example: All devices accessing the Internet through the same wi-fi network have the same external IP issued by the provider
For the client, the port is not important - everything will work fine.
For the server - it is important and each application needs its own port
