Is it possible to access the call list of a mobile phone on an android via the Web?

Actually, in a simple form, you need to have access to the list of mobile phone calls (on Android) on the desktop, preferably (but not necessarily) in a web browser.

Maybe there are regular Google tools, or some kind of online cloud service?

It is necessary to periodically monitor the list of incoming calls, if necessary, copy numbers or contact information.

Maybe there is something from the category of CRM systems with a client for mobile, to track calls and save them with the possibility of subsequent work via the web?

Google diligently restricts access to this sensitive information
The web browser has no access to it and hopefully never will, even from plugins.
In my application, we read the docks - https://developer.android.com/reference/android/pr...
And even in this case it may not be available, since I read some time ago to applications not listed as a default dialer /sms do not give access to data.

Integration with api of my calls is screwed. On working smartphones there is a client application.
The site partially collects information through webhooks and adds it to the database, some requests through the api.
