Is it possible through Mikrotik to "transparently" convert a data stream using the TCP protocol (port 5060) into a data stream using the UDP protocol (port 5060)?

PBX Agat receives a SIP trunk via UDP protocol (and nothing else) port 5060, Avaya PBX transmits a SIP trunk via TCP protocol (and nothing else) port 5060.
How would it be transparent, using a device like Mikrotik router to "transform" the protocol?

convert from tcp to udp? How do you think encapsulation should work?

I agree, Asterisk is an obvious solution, moreover, if there are no other ideas, I will not be lazy and put up a server, since there are several Agats expected.
And as for the work of encapsulation, I also agree - this is not possible with a conventional router, since from flying UDP datagrams it will be necessary to concoct an entire TCP session with TCP segments in the right order, and vice versa in the other direction. Those. produce a kind of network broadcast. But so many possibilities are crammed into Mikrotik that only a person who knows him very deeply can fully appreciate its capabilities, the likelihood that this is possible is very small, but I could not help but ask))))
