Is it possible in wxPython (or something else) to make floating / clinging panels like in Visual Studio?

Actually the question is in the title. It would be desirable that it was possible to attach one window to another. Is there something standard in python?

This is done manually. Usually, a module is written that checks the coordinates of a certain form object and subsequently the windows are attached to each other. But this is more of a crutch than a solution for lack of a native solution.
