There is a digital goods store. I sell videos. Now after a successful payment, a person receives a letter about downloading this video. Is it possible to do something so that a person does not download this video, but has the opportunity to view it in his personal account through any player?

Is it possible to implement such a scheme? Maybe someone met some plugins for these needs?
