Is it possible in PhpStorm to put labels on other parts of the code?

Good afternoon. Tell me, is there such functionality in phpStorm?

Example:
- I am in the index.php file on line 48 I put a label (anchor)
- I go to the item.php file and on line 10 I can put a label when I click on which I can go to the 48 line of the index.php file

To simplify it completely, that something like [a href="index.php#mark1"]My mark[/a], but in the IDE context
There is a similar functionality when clicking on methods and classes with ctrl pressed.
