Here, in the picture I think everything is clear. Pave the path depending on the type of route.

For example:
A car is stupidly the shortest
Bus is the path that buses take, it’s not always the shortest
Well, on foot, I’m still xs, what’s the point.
Everything is ready, but for the time being I am laying the path stupidly from one point to another, without any conditions. Here, for example, is a map on https://www.google.ru/maps/ - it can lay such a path, but I didn’t find something similar in the api. Maybe I didn't search well.
