Is it possible\how to configure jenkins jobs via git?

I would like to have a repo where all the jobs will be, and jenkins will update all the jobs from the turnip (well, create new ones, if there are any in the turnip) - manually created jobs or something else (through a plugin maybe?).
It would also be nice if the jobs created in the webmord so that they get back into the rap (you can even into the auxiliary branch), but if only in one direction, then that's fine too.
Question - how? Plugin or script? Or maybe not jenkins at all (just not buildbot) :D
