Технически возможно работать в параллельных сессиях под одним логином. Соответсвенно телефонию вы так не интегрируете.
Но это не организация работы, а какой-то бред )) Вам не нужна CRM, посадите всех на разные телефоны и дайте доступ к одной гугл-таблице.
Тогда просто разрешите им всем видеть всё в настройках АМО.
