Is it possible for a foreigner without work experience to move to Russia and find a job in 1-2 months?

The bottom line is, I live in Kyrgyzstan, I have a good command of layout (I make up on grids without a bootstrap), I have good native JS, react and quite a bit of node js.
In the summer, when I finish my studies, I plan to leave for Russia or Belarus (since Kyrgyzstan is part of the Eurasian Union, I can go to these countries without any problems).

And now I’m thinking, either work here for a while to earn experience, or leave right away?

If the second option, then will I have problems finding jobs, given that I am a foreigner in fact, although I have many benefits compared to the rest? Or will I still be in a losing position in comparison with the Russians?

And which city is better to choose? I heard that in Yekaterinburg there is a good demand and a generally high standard of living, well, of course, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

People can pay attention to nationality and citizenship where there are ten applicants for one vacancy, and when you work in a position where there are ten offers for one applicant, even an obscene tattoo on your face will not interfere. So everything depends on you.

A difficult path awaits you and you need to be ready to overcome obstacles and bureaucracy:
1) Just arrive and drive to cross the border every time it will be annoying. Therefore, you will need to draw up a RWP
. There are two options for a quota or in a simplified version (see the list)
Preparation of documents and passing medical. Commissions average two weeks. Nothing happens quickly there and you have to constantly ask for time off or take it at your own expense. plus it costs money, for foreigners, tariffs and services are more expensive.
2) Registration is required for legalization. Here, either look for friends, or buy a residence permit. You can buy a privatized room if you have money.
3) There are no benefits as such, get ready for the fact that everyone will not give a damn about you.
4)

Or will I still be in a losing position in comparison with the Russians?
Yes, you will be in a losing situation. In 90% of cases, you will be denied a job. I remember they didn’t even want to talk as soon as they found out that they didn’t have Russian citizenship. Obtaining citizenship by the way is an average of more than five years.
5)
And which city is better to choose?
- it is better to use the resettlement program. There is a list of cities that participate. This will save a few years, but you will have to live in that city under the program. It's not a fact that you can find and work in a web studio
6)
I heard that in Yekaterinburg there is a good demand and a generally high standard of living, well, of course, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
- in large cities, everything will be more difficult with registration, with the price of renting housing. I often see those who are in Moscow, register in the region and then go to the place of registration to prepare documents, undergo a medical examination. I also have to personally go every year to submit some kind of declaration, I don’t remember already. if not filed on time, then an administrative fine.

you need to look for a job with relocation. Then there won't be any problems. The employer will help.

The specialty of an ordinary hard worker. It is easier for an employer to take a student from the last courses.
You can earn on it only by freelancing or selling your circulation products.
In the office, you will receive less than any concrete worker. Not even enough to rent a house.
Get up to a good level with VUE, React, NodeJS and then it will be a completely different matter.
