Is it possible and how to parallelize the assembly of the mingw project across several PCs?

Good day!
In general, there is a project on Qt, a complete rebuild takes about 40 minutes (on i5, using all threads). I don’t need it so often, so I don’t see the point in upgrading the PC, but it’s also reluctant to wait.
There are several home laptops on which i7 sticks out, I want to install something like Docker there, create a swarm of them in order to parallelize the compilation of the project.
Tell me, please, how can (and can) this be done? What to use?
