Is it possible and how to cut on the mail server all executable files in the inbox, including inboxes with archives?

There is a task. You need a mail server that can remove *.exe *.scr *.bat *.cmd and other heresy from attachments, but the task is complicated by the fact that you also need to rip out the same executable files from archives. Those. if an archive arrives and it contains Runmeplease.exe, then it should be cut out of the archive. The server will have a limit on incoming messages (10 Mb).

Tell me, do mailers have this functionality, maybe antiviruses and other things?

Look at altermime. True, it doesn’t seem to be able to cope with archives ...
Send him mail, respectively, in any convenient way - procmail, exim_filter / transport_filter, .forward, dovecot lda, etc.
