Is it normal to send a letter to yourself (Yandex)?

The bottom line is this: there is a website www.domain.ru
There is a [email protected] mailbox - the site uses the SMTP server of this mailbox (hosting on Yandex) to send messages to clients.
The same mailbox is used for calls to those. support.
I want something strange - if some event occurs on the site, you need to generate a message so that those. support read it, that is, in fact - send a letter to yourself. I tried - letters are sent and received, but there is a doubt - is this normal and can there be any sanctions / blocking from Yandex?

@cicatrix

there is something in this...)))
I think there is no problem. a letter can be generated by a bot/service/daemon, but it is intended to be read by a person/admin/saporter - this is a normal scenario
, but Yandex has a fully working support, you can ask them about it, as well as look through the rules for using the service, and so on .
rather, problems are possible if the free service is used too intensively, if you do not exceed the limits on the number of letters (box size?), I think no one cares who you send them to ..
(well, if the filters do not work for signs of terrorism;))
