Is it necessary to buy additional cooling for the i5 6400?

Good afternoon!
If I buy a BOX version of the i5 6400 processor (with a cooler) and I'm NOT going to overclock it, do I need to take a separate cooler? Does the boxed cooler cope, or should it be replaced with another one? If the manufacturer supplies the cooler as a kit, then, apparently, it is not so bad?
Thanks to!)

The side ones are usually noisy, but quite effective.

As far as I know, now there is no cooler in the box or in the tray. (At least it was not in the i7-6700k)

I recently took i5-6600
I decided to buy an additional cooler DEEPCOOL
The price is about 1kr. Works och. quiet, temperature about 30, rpm about 900

My i5-6500 at full load on a stock cooler with alsil heats up to 48-50 degrees.
Acceleration was not applied.
