Is it likely to guess a 4-digit number and how to increase this probability?

Hello. The task is to guess a 4-digit number in 3 input attempts. After 3 attempts are exhausted, the password is changed to a new 4-digit number.
Is it possible to increase the probability of selection by some methods?
Or how not to twist the chances to reduce it will not work?
PS Required for one lottery.

If the answer is "matched / did not match", then do not increase in any way. But if "more/less/guessed", then the next two attempts will be more likely to guess. But this is not done in lotteries, because they do not do it for the sake of winning, but for the sake of losing players.

if you know the generation algorithm, it is easy to increase, so at one time it was possible to pick up an SMS password in the alpha bank
