Is it justified to use TFS as a bug tracker for the customer?

Need a bug tracker for a customer. How justified is an attempt to customize TFS for these purposes? Does it make sense to do this? How difficult will it be to customize TFS for these purposes?

What do you want to customize there? workflow? or separate types of bugs to get with your workflow?
if you are going to use tfs only for tracking bugs, then in my opinion deploying tfs for this is too expensive. if you use tfs in your development, then give the customer access to it via vpn or use vs online. let him make bugs.
and if the task is on the customer's side just to keep bugs, then I would do with bugzilla. simple, and most importantly solves its problems.
